Facility Services Work

Besides doing residential and commercial design and built, we also provide building management (such as factories and shopping malls) with facility services work such as

a) Changing of door lock set

b) Stopping of leaks from pipes, ceiling etc

c) Repair and adjust fallen doors

d) Repair toilet auto flashing sensor

e) Changing of door closer

f) Installation of CCTV camera

g) etc.

Waterproofing works to Chiller Room

Wrapping of PVC pipe with spoonge sheet to prevent condensation
